ShowcasingOz TV has now completed the detailed filming schedule for our 2027 Season 1 and Season 2 national filming rollout, commencing on 27 January 2027. The calendar below outlines our planned filming dates, destinations and filming times across the 2027 production year. It is now the central reference point for accommodation providers, attraction and tourism operators, councils, tourism organisations, sponsors and regional partners wishing to participate in or prepare for our visit.
Throughout the calendar, selected dates include opportunities for Accommodation Filming appointments. Accommodation providers interested in having their property professionally filmed and featured by ShowcasingOz TV are encouraged to select an available appointment directly through the calendar. We are also seeking accommodation for our travelling production crew throughout the national rollout and invite accommodation providers to participate in our Stay-for-Free Exchange. This provides participating properties with professional promotional exposure in exchange for hosting our crew during the scheduled stay. Accommodation providers can view the relevant destination and dates in the calendar below and submit an offer where accommodation is required.
Attractions and tourism businesses marked “To be confirmed” have been included in our proposed filming schedule, with a specific filming date and time allocated. We encourage the respective business owners and operators to review their scheduled filming window and contact ShowcasingOz TV to confirm that they are happy for filming to proceed at the proposed time. Where a scheduled time is unsuitable, we encourage operators to contact us as soon as possible so we can determine whether an alternative time can be accommodated within our itinerary.
While the 2027 filming schedule has now been comprehensively planned, all dates and times remain subject to confirmation and change. The schedule depends on confirmation from participating accommodation providers, attractions and tourism businesses and may also need to change because of circumstances outside our control, including severe or unexpected weather, bushfires or other natural events, road closures or access restrictions, accommodation availability, attraction closures, crew illness, vehicle or equipment issues, and other unforeseen production or operational requirements. Where changes are required, we will update the calendar to reflect the latest planned filming arrangements. Accommodation providers, attraction operators and regional partners are therefore encouraged to review the calendar now and make contact early to confirm filming arrangements, accommodation opportunities and participation in the 2027 rollout.
