• The opinions expressed by presenters
• The ranking or comparison of attractions or locations
• The inclusion or exclusion of competing businesses

Sponsored involvement does not guarantee positive coverage.

4. What We Offer Partners

For transparency, sponsorships and partnerships may include:

• Featured placement in a video episode
• On-location filming of attractions, tours, accommodations or events
• Social media exposure across ShowcasingOz TV channels
• Mention in supporting articles, blogs or web pages
• Use of professionally filmed footage for the partner’s own marketing

5. Hosted Stays & Complimentary Services

When accommodation providers or attractions offer complimentary or discounted services, these are considered a form of sponsorship. We disclose such arrangements where relevant.

6. No Hidden Endorsements

ShowcasingOz TV does not accept payment in exchange for unlabelled endorsements, falsified reviews or misleading representations. All promotional involvement is openly stated.

7. Accuracy & Authenticity

Filming and presenting locations authentically is core to our values. Partners cannot request distortions of:

• Visitor experience
• Landscape or environmental conditions
• Cultural significance
• Safety considerations

8. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

We comply with ACL requirements regarding transparency in advertising and sponsorship. Misleading or deceptive conduct is strictly prohibited under section 18 of the ACL.
