🎥 Videographer / Video Editor
Location: Travelling Australia
Contract Term: 25th May 2026 – 22nd December 2026 (with view to Full Time from late January 2027)
Compensation: $1,200 per week gross
Includes: Accommodation expenses included and daily meal allowance allocated

About the Role
ShowcasingOz TV is a national Australian travel series highlighting real places, real stories,
and authentic tourism experiences across every state and territory.
We are seeking a highly capable Videographer / Video Editor who is willing to travel full-time
for up to 44 weeks per year with a small team and produce broadcast-quality footage.
What You'll Be Filming
- Motels, hotels, and unique accommodations
- Local attractions, tours, and tourism operators
- Scenic landscapes, towns, and regional communities
- Interviews with owners, operators, and locals
- Behind-the-scenes footage for social media
🎥 Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Ability to operate professional video cameras, drones, gimbals, microphones, and lighting
- Advanced skills with Sony, Canon, or Blackmagic cameras
- Ability to edit fast-turnaround content (Premiere or DaVinci) with proficiency in leading editing programs
- Experience with colour grading, audio mixing, and exporting for web & broadcast
- Ability to shoot in indoor/outdoor, low-light, and fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, audio, framing, and storytelling
- Clean and stable shooting style suitable for TV broadcast
- Knowledge of file management, backups, and on-site data handling
- Ability to work cohesively with the co-videographer to ensure uniformity and effective communication
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Ability to travel long-term

A positive, reliable, and creative videographer who enjoys travelling, meeting people,
and capturing meaningful stories. Must be comfortable working closely with the business founder, the co-presenter
and co-videographer.
🔎 Contract Conditions
This position is offered on a contractor basis for Season 1 (May–December 2026).
Applicants must hold a valid ABN and will be responsible for managing their own
tax and superannuation obligations. Subject to performance, there is a pathway to
a full-time position for Season 2 (from late January 2027).
